Will this make my phone ring?
That's the goal, but we won't promise a number of calls or a spot at the top, and nobody honestly can. Google decides who shows up where, and customers decide who to call. What we do is make sure that when they compare you with the next guy, your listing gives them every reason to pick you.
Do I need a website?
No. Plenty of local trades do fine with a complete Google listing alone. If you have a website or a Facebook page, we'll link it.
How does asking for reviews work?
You get your direct review link, a short message to send after each job and a printable card with a QR code. You ask every customer the same way. No filtering who gets asked and no rewards, since Google doesn't allow either.
What about my bad reviews?
We answer calmly and politely, without arguing. Anything touchy, we run past you first. We can't remove genuine reviews, but we can flag ones that clearly break Google's rules.
Who owns the listing?
You do. You keep owner access and add us as a manager. If you cancel, you remove us and keep everything we set up.
Do you call?
