SEO1UP is a service of SK Products, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"). This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you ask for a free report: your business name, town, email address and anything you choose to write in the note.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- If you become a customer: the details needed to manage your Google listing, the reviews on it, and billing details handled by our payment provider.
What we don't do
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts on this site.
- We don't sell or rent your details, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
- We don't phone you.
How we use it
To prepare and send the report you asked for, reply to your messages, and, if you hire us, provide the service and bill for it.
Who else handles it
- Form delivery: the request form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms.
- Hosting: the site is hosted by Render, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
- Email and payments: our email provider, and our payment provider if you become a customer.
The report itself uses only information that is publicly visible on Google Maps.
How long we keep it
Report requests that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as you're a customer and afterwards only as long as needed for tax and accounting.
