These terms cover the SEO1UP service, provided by SK Products, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"), to you, the business owner ("you").
The free report
The free Google listing report is free and comes with no obligation. It's based on what's publicly visible on Google at the time we check, and things can change after that.
The service
For a monthly fee we: help you claim and verify your Google Business Profile and fill it in (hours, photos, description, categories, website link); reply to your reviews; give you a simple way to ask each customer for a review; keep the listing current each month; and send you a short monthly report.
Price and billing
The price is $297 per month, billed monthly in advance. There is no contract. If the price ever changes, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime by email. Service continues to the end of the month you've paid for, and we don't charge again after that. There's no cancellation fee.
What we promise, and what we don't
We promise to do the work described above with care. We don't promise rankings, a number of reviews, calls or sales. Google controls its search results and can change its rules and features at any time, and customers decide whether to leave a review.
Reviews: the rules we follow
We follow Google's policies. We ask every customer the same way, never only the happy ones, and never offer anything in return for a review. We don't write fake reviews or post reviews for you. You agree not to ask us to do any of these things.
Your listing and your content
You own your Google listing, and you keep owner access. You add us as a manager and can remove us at any time. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and confirm you have the right to any photos you send. Replies and content we write for your listing are yours to keep.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not responsible for actions taken by Google or by third parties.
Changes and contact
